Quincy Yu Prior to co-founding SeaYu Enterprises, she was the President & CEO of Ci2i, a provider of creative business management and production services for the advertising industry that delivered the first comprehensive Web-based system to integrate creative production workflow, collaboration, and asset storage. Prior to Ci2i, Quincy was the President & COO of Red Sky Interactive, an interactive marketing and branding service firm known for its innovative and creative thinking and execution, serving clients such as Absolut, Intel, Lands End, Nike, Procter & Gamble and Miller Brewing. Prior to Red Sky Interactive, Quincy was the Vice President of Operations and CFO of PeerLogic, Inc., a computer software company that provided enterprise class application software and system integration services for corporate business systems. Prior to entering the start-up company environment in 1985, Quincy worked in the corporate world with Bank of America, PLM Industries, Printing Industries of America and Armstrong World Corporation. Quincy holds a MBA from Stanford University and B.S. from the University of California at Berkeley.

Dennis L. Seaman Prior to co-founding SeaYu, Dennis was Director of Relationship Management for Imagicast, a San Francisco based high technology start-up company specializing in designing and implementing interactive retail solutions for high profile consumer brands and retailers. He successfully brought in and managed Sears, JC Penney, and Levi Strauss. Dennis spent over 20 years with Levi Strauss & Co. His last account responsibility was at JC Penney, Levis Strauss #1 account, where he grew the business from $50 million to over $400 million. He lead a national team of over 200 employees that were responsible for the implementation of all aspects of the business including strategic planning, forecasting, operations, customers service, and retail and selling initiatives for JC Penny. Dennis was part of the Dockers Senior Sales & Marketing Team where he was instrumental in Dockers brand strategy formulation, product development, and retail channel strategy. Prior to JC Penny, Dennis key retail accounts included Sears, Kohls, Mervyns, Marshalls, Federated and May Co. Dennis received a B.S. in Marketing from the W P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
